University Club

Entitled to free meals are:

a) All active* students of the University of Athens (UoA), undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD candidates, provided they do not already hold a degree, post-graduate degree or doctoral title respectively.

b) i. Those registered as guest students at the UoA, coming from other universities of Greece, in the context of educational or other research collaboration programmes, as set out in Article 36, paragraph 2(a) and (b) of Law 4009/2011 (A 195). ii. Those registered as guest students at the UoA, coming from equivalent foreign institutions in the context of educational or other research collaboration programmes, as set out in Article 36, par. 2(a) and (b) of Law 4009/2011 (A 195).

c) Students who are temporarily transferred from one University to another one in Greece, according to the Regulations of the Institution of origin, as set out in Article 36, par. 2(e) of Law 4009/2011 (A 195).

d) Foreign students with scholarships from the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs who are attending undergraduate studies at the UoA.

*Active students

• Undergraduate students whose studies have not exceeded the semesters required to obtain their degree, according to the indicative curriculum, plus four semesters. For part-time students, the time indicated in the curriculum they are attending is doubled.
• Post-graduate students who have not exceeded the duration of the indicative curriculum.
• PhD candidates during the first four years in the respective programme.
